On March 16, the English/Chinese bilingual case "Green Trend: The Road to an Overseas Red-Chip IPO" coauthored by Jiang Jun and Yang Zhiqiang, Associate Professors of Beijing National Accounting Institute, was officially accepted by the case center of Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario, Canada. This is the first time for the case developed by BNAI faculty to be accepted by the case center of top business schools in the world.
This case analyzes the overseas listing process of a Chinese private enterprise, with an interpretation of the relevant systems governing China's regulatory compliance, financial product innovation and capital market, and a narration of the development of a market economy with Chinese characteristics.
Ever since its establishment, BNAI has been committed to creating a specific genre of case teaching adapted to the nature of the institute. Through means such as international cooperation and internal incentivation, BNAI has continuously strengthened case development, application and teaching, and has achieved remarkable results. Many cases developed by the faculty have been accepted by the National MPAcc Teaching Case Library.
