The 2023 Advanced Accounting Talent Recruitment Examination of Qinghai Province was held in Xining, Qinghai Province from Oct. 28 to 29, 2023. The exam included a written exam and an interview. More than 80 candidates, from large and medium sized enterprises, financial institutions, Chinese central state-owned enterprises in Qinghai Province, accounting firms and asset evaluation institutions, took the exam. Relevant directors from the Department of Finance of Qinghai Province and Human Resources Office of Qinghai Provincial Party Committee attended the exam as inspectors.

On Oct. 30, 2023, the 2021 Advanced Accounting Talent Training Program for Enterprises of Qinghai Province and 2022 Advanced Accounting Talent Training Program for Budget Units of Qinghai Province were held collaboratively in Xining, with 80 trainees and approximately 30 outstanding financial personnel dispatched by Department of Finance of Qinghai Province participating.
