In order to further strengthen the liaison and cooperation with well-known overseas universities, international organizations and industry associations, Zhang Fengling, Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing National Accounting Institute, led a delegation for working visit to Université Paris Dauphine – PSL, City University of Hong Kong, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Companie nationale des commissaries aux comptes (CNCC) and other institutions from September 19 to 26. Exchanges were conducted with the two partner institutions on how to further improve the quality of training and achieve sustainable and healthy development of the joint programs. The delegation also included relevant staff of the Academic Committee of BNAI and the graduate Department.

During the visit to France, the delegation attended the 2023 graduation ceremony of Dauphine EDBA China Program at Raymond Aron Hall, and observed the mobile class of EDBA program held at ParisSante Campus. In addition, communication and exchange took place with Professor Yuri Biondi, PhD supervisor of Université Paris Dauphine – PSL, on graduate student training and the latest research and practice in the field of accounting and taxation.

During the visit to Hong Kong, the delegation visited the Artificial Intelligence Fintech Lab jointly founded by CityU and Columbia University in the United States to learn how to realize the application of innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data and blockchain in different business scenarios. In addition, full discussions were held with the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors on issues such as talent training and the integration of accounting talents between Hong Kong and the Mainland.

This visit is another exploration and attempt of BNAI to strengthen external cooperation, and has achieved good results.
