On May 5, the opening ceremony of the 1st Cohort of the 2023 Ministry of Finance High Level Financial and Accounting Talent Quality Enhancement Project Post Competency Training for Enterprise Chief Accountants was held at Beijing National Accounting Institute. Leader of the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance attended the meeting. A total of 113 chief accountants from central enterprises attended the ceremony.

Based on the competency framework of chief accountants in large and medium-sized enterprises, this project has formed its core curriculum. The course of each cohort will be flexibly organized and arranged according to the characteristics of the trainees. This time, the ten-day training course adopts various teaching methods such as expert lectures and structured discussions. It actively builds a platform for student exchange and interaction, comprehensively improving the ability of chief accountants in large and medium-sized enterprises.
